This project encompasses the strategic design and execution of an office space divided into two distinct phases—Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Phase 1 spans a built-up area of 5,385 sq. ft., while Phase 2 covers 7,080 sq. ft., each addressing specific spatial requirements and design aspirations. Together, they culminate in a cohesive and dynamic workplace environment that balances openness with functional zoning.

  • Phase 1:

    Guiding Movement Through Materiality:

First to be executed, originally consisted of two levels, with the second floor offering a generous 15-foot height. This vertical opportunity was used to introduce a mezzanine floor, effectively increasing the usable space without compromising openness. The intervention added spatial depth and functional layering to the upper floor.

A bold design move was made by puncturing the slab of the first floor, creating a striking triple-height reception space at the entry. This gesture opened up vertical sightlines and physically connected the levels, becoming both a visual anchor and a central gathering volume.

Informal gathering areas were carved into the open voids, strategically placed to support spontaneous interaction while maintaining a sense of flow. These pockets of engagement help activate circulation areas and break down traditional work silos.

  • Phase 2:

    Independent Yet Cohesive Design:

Planned as a three-floor office space, with each level functioning independently to suit distinct operational requirements. Unlike Phase 1, these floors are not internally connected, allowing for programmatic clarity and separation. However, this structural independence is balanced by a consistent and cohesive design language that ties the entire phase together.

The reception and waiting areas are designed to be both welcoming and professional. Materials, color palettes, and detailing remain consistent across all floors, ensuring a sense of continuity despite the segmented layout.

  • Unified Language Across Phases: Flow, Light, and Pause:

Both Phase 1 and 2 are tied together through a cohesive design language rooted in fluid spatial planning. Linear ceiling lights serve not only as illumination but as subtle wayfinding tools, guiding movement through the office. Informal seating areas are interspersed throughout, creating relaxed zones that encourage interaction and provide balance to the structured workspaces—fostering a more human-centered environment.
